Ankle Update 1



It's been about 2 weeks since I tore a liggemant in my Ankle. I had an X-Ray the other day and it's just that. So I got different exercises to do for it and such. It should be healed up all the way in a few weeks.

Been swimming a lot at L.A Fitness. That's about the only thing that I can do. It's pretty nice to be able to swim laps and just get off the extra energy. Super excited to be able to run in a few weeks. And to just feel a lot better. I think I've learned my lesson about jumping off docks in one foot of water.
